ABOUT ME

Anianne Rivera, the founder of AIM, brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the table, blending the worlds of beauty and business. Since becoming a licensed cosmetologist in 2009, she has navigated the beauty industry, experiencing first hand the unique challenges it presents — from building a brand without a roadmap to making the most of social media without the right guidance.

In 2016, Anianne made a radical transformation to her salon business, finding her unique niche and seamlessly integrating simple, yet powerful, marketing & business tactics. Within a year, her strategy allowed her to halve her time behind the chair while increasing her income fivefold, regularly hitting multiple five-figure months.

The following year she was recruited to be Director of Education for a hair extension company. For five years, she trained thousands of artists in all aspects of the business — from mastering photography and editing to extensions, to harnessing the power of social media, creating structure and education inside the business, and developing efficient business systems and processes. 

Now, Anianne’s focus is on leveraging her expertise to help brands and companies create on-demand education. Recognizing the tremendous potential of this model, she has pivoted her attention to helping entrepreneurs generate passive income streams that provide both financial wealth and invaluable freedom of time.

Through AIM, she continues to make a significant impact by empowering entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to thrive in today's ever-evolving digital landscape.

On her time off, Anianne likes to either stay active by surfing, doing CrossFit, or living her best nerdy life by reading books, cross-stitching, or simply hanging out with her four dogs 😅.
